Aniak's summer population is around 500 people. Picture yourself surrounded by alders, birch, and spruce with nothing but big sky and hundreds of miles of wilderness between you and the nearest road system. Moose are wandering through the bushes, wolves are howling at the full moon. This is the setting of the Aniak Air Guides home base.
Amenities include laundry service, a big screen TV, , satellite television,and high-speed Internet access. We also provide 24-hour power and running water; in bush Alaska these utilities are not to be taken for granted! You will be greeted by friendly Daschador (Labrador Retriever & Miniature Dachsund) Lucy, and you may get lucky enough to see prowling Manx cats Seven and Mama while barbequing on our deck.

Our
chalet style lodge offers two rooms that each have full private
baths, with sleeping space for up to 6 people in each room.
We have a garden with summer greens of truly Alaskan proportions.
A full service cook is on staff to provide down home food
to satisfy any appetite that our wild adventures will surely
create.
